Melon smoothie

  • ΒΌ rockmelon and 1 cup watermelon, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup (250ml) skim milk
  • 1 cup (250ml) vanilla fat-free yogurt
  • 1 cup (250ml) crushed ice
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Makes about 4 cups.
  • Stir briskly before serving.
